This Policy describes the personal data processing practices applied by SIMplifica in activities related to cellphone top-ups, SIM and eSIM activation, management of mobile plans and related support within Brazil. The objective is to clearly explain what information is collected, for what purposes it is used, for how long it is kept, and what mechanisms are available to exercise rights over such data.
Data processed. We may handle basic identifiers such as name, documents when necessary to verify identity, e-mail, phone, address for billing or delivery, as well as technical information generated by site use, such as access logs, approximate IP address, device, browser and pages viewed. Payment data is routed through specialized providers that act as data controllers or processors as appropriate, applying industry-recognized safeguards.
Purposes.
